Trays and Inserts
Groundian can supply the building blocks and support your efforts in building a Tray Handling System necessary for consistent part presentation for pick and place application.
We custom design and manufacture sheet metal trays. Additionally we supply standard sized ABS trays with the following dimensions:
- 368.3 x 342.9 x 27.686 mm
- 393.7 x 260.35 x 25.4 mm
- 568 x 482.6 x 27.94 mm
Groundian offers custom made ESD or high density foam inserts specific to your application. We require the following information to design and manufacture your custom insert:
- Sketch (2D) or 3D model of the product
- Sketch (2D) or 3D model of the tray
- Weight of the product
- Product count per tray
- Number of inserts required
